Tour Ohio Stage 3

So I expected so much more out of todays stage, i thought the field was totally going to be blown apart, i was bummed when we had almost 50 in our group still heading to the line with 1K to go......I again jumped too late and had to settle for 9th on the stage, Swain and I are now tied with about 20 people for 16th place, so tahts good, we are within a min of the leader and only a few people have more than 20 seconds on us which came from sprit points/Bonus seconds......we will see about those tomorrow. Dairy Queen tonight will pay off tomorrow, Ice Cream = domination.

Old mans cave....Well last year I did to much work early on and popped off the back of the peleton. This year I raced a little more conservative...only pushed it on the hills. The result this year was much better...felt very strong at the end of the race but got to ancy with 1 k to go in the race....and moved up to the front to soon. I managed to finish with the pack but I think that was my day to get a top ten finish....at least one of us did well this time...Gamm pulled off a 9th place...I have to say he is doing pretty well for taking a few weeks off at the bahamas.
